Hello! Thank you for stopping by to check out my "Book A Time With Byron" offer.
Because you're on this page it's highly likely that you are “ready, willing and able" to (maybe for the first time) work “on” your life and career and you are getting more serious about action steps toward changing your status quo.
Good call, because once you have done that, your whole world changes. You get to enjoy peace of mind, confidence and a sense of security, knowing with great certainty, that your actions in your life and career are going in the direction you want.
I believe that I can help you with that, but because I don't know you, I can't say for sure.
And, you don't know me either. So, let's meet, get to know one another, and figure this thing out for you.
Here's a bit of a heads-up on what will happen when we meet
Firstly, I’ll spend time asking you about your life and career, things like, your assessment of your overall levels of satisfaction and what you want from your life and career.
I'll ask you a whole bunch of questions, but you won't need to prepare anything because the questions will be straight forward.
Then I'll be in a position to identify what you need to do, specifically as it pertains to coaching.
And at that point, I’ll know if I would be good fit for your needs at this time.
If I am not a good fit then I’ll probably be able to recommend something or someone else that would be a better fit.
If I am a fit, we can talk about the different ways I work with clients.
Of course, you'll be able to ask me questions as well.
And just so you know in advance, the investment for working with me is US $3,000 a month; for 6 months, 9 months or 12 months.
BTW: here's what our meeting will NOT be...
Just so you know, your meeting with me will not be a “sales ambush” where you get your arm twisted and pushed into something that you don’t want.
That wouldn’t be fair to you and that’s not my style.
Instead, we’ll have a conversation to see if my coaching is the right fit for you. Our meeting is all about FIT.
The purpose of our meeting is to determine if my coaching program is a good fit for you.
And here's what I need from you before you book a time to talk...
My coaching program is US $3,000 a month.
So, please know that I am not wanting to be rude or off-putting here, but it is important to me that you know the financial investment of my coaching before you move forward with setting a time to talk with me, and that you can afford the US $3,000 a month, and you understand that the minimum number of months is 6 months and your coaching could last 12 months.
The only thing I ask in return is that you come to the meeting seriously committed to begin your coaching with me and that you can afford for us to work together if we agree that it’s a good idea for you.
What I need from you before you book a time to talk...
Otherwise, there really is no point in us meeting because if we both agree that my coaching is a good fit but you can’t afford it then you’ll be disappointed … and I may even be a tad frustrated too ☹ .
OK … so, if you’re cool with that then please go ahead and book a time for us to talk … I really look forward to meeting you..
Finally, whatever conclusion we come to at the end of our meeting, I want you to feel excited and confident about your future, not frustrated and disappointed. So please read the following statements and click on the check boxes to confirm that your expectations are in line with what will happen on our call.
The Four Agreements
Byron has been a tremendous asset to myself and the team at Vivo Kitchen. I have been receiving weekly coaching sessions from Byron for over a year. In that time Byron has brought insight and tools to develop my professional skills in leading a team of entrepreneurial leaders and managers. The coaching is very specific to who I am and the opportunity I have as Executive Director of Vivo. We have also invested in the coaching of our core leadership with Byron to great benefit of both their personal and professional development. With Byron, you get more than a coach, you get a team member!
Executive Director at Vivo Kitchen
Byron is exceptional: he is one of the best executive, leadership and personal performance coaches working today. Since 2012 I've seen Byron help a number of people achieve order-of-magnitude advances, me included. He quickly and accurately assesses an individual's behavior and challenges, identifying what moves them ahead and what holds them back, then coaches them to achieve greater growth and surmount greater tests than they would think possible. The person who wants to direct their future by shaping the fundamental behaviors that underpin it wants to talk with Byron.
Helping leaders become increasingly sought-after, influential, and effective
I've had the distinct pleasure of working closely with Byron over
the past several years as he has delivered a variety of coaching
and team performance initiatives for several of his clients. With
his deep passion, understanding and years of experience with a
multitude of assessments, coaching tools and engagement programs,
Byron is truly an expert at matching the best solutions to each
of his client's unique challenges. He is a strategic thinker and
results-oriented business partner.
I've personally observed Byron in action many times, and what
comes through consistently is his deep desire to uncover what really
matters. He pushes at just the right times to help his clients get to
those pivotal "aha!" moments. But even more importantly, he uses his
natural compassion, commitment and ability to stay present to bring
them through the difficult change process.
Byron is one of the most authentic and caring practitioners I know.
Combine his seasoned facilitation and problem-solving skills with his breadth
of knowledge in the field of human capital management, any executive or HR
leader looking for a partner would be well served to bring Byron onboard!

Byron is a person grounded in firm convictions – one of which is that people are important – and
that we are each made with an ability to impact and lift our world. He uses the skills of
discernment and quiet encouragement to bring to light drives, desires and capabilities
that have perhaps been understated and or not fully developed Byron works with a vast diversity
of people either in person or via a variety of communications technologies. The method is
unimportant – the commitment to being with you – and to understand the issues is priority one.
Byron works on a time schedule that is adaptable and flexible. I have known Byron professionally
and personally for over 10 years, and have found him to be a considerate and committed professional
and friend. In a professional setting – Byron works to reveal the truth of a situation revealed, in
a positive framework, with a focus on attainable solutions to existing problems. While he is trained
and qualified in many disciplines and methodologies – none of these hold his attention
as “essential” – rather –a desire to use tools / disciplines that are best fitted for the client /
issues at hand. Best practices for you at the correct time. An observed core belief is that we have
an ability to work through any and all things that may have impacted you and or progress in the
past – and that working together makes many things possible that by ourselves are not.
Byron is a great team player – leader and follower.

I began leadership coaching with Byron at a time when I was confidently decisive in every arena except my own development path. Through the exercises, processing, and accountability that Byron so skillfully provides, I found clarity. I recommend Byron to other leaders who are ready for hard work and preparation for your next step.
Director of Development and Communications
My relationship with Byron began several years ago when I first engaged him to coach individuals in my organization who were stuck, struggling, or otherwise facing seasons of potential change. I quickly learned to appreciate Byron's keen insights and professional assessments. Without exception, the feedback I received from each of the employees was incredibly positive and showed great appreciation for the value Byron brought to their personal and professional lives. Last year, I personally turned to Byron when I found myself facing my own season of potential transition. Using a series of provocative assessment tools, personal reflection exercises, and deep relational dialog, Byron help me understand internal struggles that were keeping me from moving forward. Thanks to him I was able to move into what may proved to be the best season of ministry yet! Thanks Byron!

I have known Byron since the mid 80's as a friend, fellow student, and teacher in some capacities. He has always had an unusually keen sense of personality, potential, and coping tendencies; part gift, part intelligence, part work. If you need a 3rd party view of how to maximize your potential and are committed to invest, do not hesitate, contact Byron. He is interested in true change and understanding for his clients. Whether you run a global company or a coffee stand, both are important to the people involved and Byron, for the years I have known him, has been driven to see others evolve, grow, and succeed at any level of life. If anything, take this recommendation as a testament to his integrity over the long term. This is not quick fix, culture trend stuff, but a self-personality education, which is an endangered species in today’s world. I treasure his insights to this day.

I started coaching with Byron because I was feeling at an impasse and totally unsure of whether my current career trajectory made any sense. I was feeling ‘stuck’ and unfulfilled in terms of my direction. Byron is bright, positive and extremely supportive. It was so empowering to be working with someone who showed genuine interest in my success and happiness; he helped me talk through the rationale behind my feelings of career dissatisfaction, evaluate how realistic some of my career pivot ideas may be and clearly identify and own my desires and career values. After two months, I was able to gain the clarity I needed about who I am and what types of work would not only be suitable, but also meaningful. I am clearer on my capabilities, passions and my go-forward strategy than I have been in the last decade. Like any other relationship, the more you put into the coaching sessions, the more you’ll get out of it, so be prepared to do some good work! I highly recommend Byron for personal and career coaching services.

I searched for a career counselor because I felt lost in my career and unfulfilled in most areas
of my life. After interviewing a few career counselors I chose Byron because he had tools to guide
me through the process. I didn't want to just talk aimlessly, getting nowhere. I was ready to dig
in and figure out what could be done to help my life.
I had been to a few therapists over the years, but this was a completely different and
transformational experience. It was like he guided me back to who I've always been and
I ended up realizing that what I was looking for was already all around me. There were
opportunities I was not clearing seeing before. We worked completely over the phone,
which reduced distractions and allowed me to be open and introspective.
His insights were timed very well, and powerful. When I was struggling with the mental
shifts that made me question so many things about my life, he was there to support me and more
importantly taught me how to support myself. He really got to know me and I felt that
during this time of struggle he was there.
I highly recommend Byron. His tools, techniques and knowledge are incredibly powerful
to help in any area of life where you are seeking professional guidance.
